Welcome to Mindfulness for MS ! This is an online mindfulness programme for people living with MS.
Mindfulness refers to the observation and non-judgmental awareness of ongoing thought processes; and leads to the self-regulation of thought, behaviour and emotional and physiological reactivity.

Over the course of 8 weeks, one session per week will be made available for you to complete on this website – when and where it suits you! For example, if you sign up on a Monday, each new session after that will appear on a Monday.
The sessions consist of videos, guided mindfulness exercises, interactive questions and text. Practice is also provided for each session, in order to help you build the exercises into your routine and develop the strategies each session aims to teach.
We suggest that you set aside some time each week to sit comfortably in a quiet place, free from interruptions, to complete each session.
